Crabgrass and goosegrass are very often incorrectly identified. They are annual plants that come from seed in early and late-spring. They develop into aggressively spreading plants in June through July. Often people confuse crabgrass and goosegrass with other perennial grasses, which are present in lawns year-round. The majority of perennial grasses can not be selectively controlled. Zamzows can help.
Zamzows was founded in 1933 by August and Carmelita Zamzows, originally offering hand mixed feed during the Great Depression. Today, Zamzows remains local to The Treasure Valley. We now carry hundreds of products and offer solutions to a wide range of the area's unique lawn, garden and pet needs. Zamzows remains family owned and operated by the great grandchildren of August and Carmelita. At Zamzows, we promise to provide quality products that get the job done right, trustworthy guidance, and a helping hand to our community.
