FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Feed Rabbit Pellets Free Choice. Adult Rabbits will consume approximately 1 to 11/2 oz of Rabbit Pellets for each pound of live weight per day. Fryers will consume approximately 2 oz of Rabbit Pellets per pound of live weight per day. A lactating doe with a litter of 7 will consume approximately 13/4 oz of Rabbit Pellets per pound of live weight per day. When raising rabbits for the market, it will take approximately 4 pounds of rabbit pellets for each pound of live weight gain, resulting in a 4 to 1 feed conversion factor. Most people self-feed their rabbits and in most cases this is fine. Provide fresh water.
