Zamzows Perennial Rye Grass is a single variety grass seed, perfect for overseeding. Use it to fill in bald spots or freshen up a tired lawn. Overseed in spring or fall at one pound to 150 square feet. We do not recommend seeding a new lawn with a single variety of grass. If you would like to however you will want to sow at a rate of one pound to 200 square feet.
