For the Dressing:

·       1/2 cup rice vinegar

·       1/4 cup sugar

·       2 Tablespoons canola oil

·       1-1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

·       1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Salad:

·       Baby Arugula

·       Baby Spinach

·       2 Pears

·       1 Pomegranate

·       1/3 cup crumbled feta

·       Walnuts or Pecans (Optional)

·       Broiled Salmon (Optional)
